ARAMARK Global Services commissioned OEA to provide foodservice design, interior design, procurement, and interface, partnering with the technical services department of the London 2012 Summer Olympics. We provided these services for three Olympic Village locations, feeding more than 25,000 athletes, officials, and guests associated with the Games.
OEA Solution
The foodservice featured state-of-the-art cooking and distribution systems to provide the freshest food products that would suit each athlete’s particular dietary needs. We featured food from the United Kingdom and other parts of the world so that athletes and guests could experience a range of culinary traditions.
